The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (“MCCA”) assessment charged per vehicle for the period July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 will be $122 for unlimited PIP coverage and $48 for all other PIP benefit coverage options.
The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (“MCCA”) assessment charged per vehicle for the period beginning July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 represents no change from the assessment rates for the period July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (“MCCA”) assessment rates by Coverage Type for the period July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 are set forth in the attached table.
The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (“MCCA”) assessment charged per vehicle for the period July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 will be $90 for unlimited PIP coverage and $20 for all other PIP benefit coverage options.

The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (the MCCA) assessment to insurance companies will be $143.09 per insured vehicle effective July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. The MCCA increased its assessment following its annual actuarial evaluation.
